Every kid growing up on the coast dreams of being a marine biologist, and I was no exception to this rule. It’s engrained in our DNA, so it’s not a valid answer to the question of “What did you want to be when you were younger?” The true answer is whatever your second dream was. For me, it was becoming a travel writer. As I grew up, that answered changed, and I pursued a BFA in Film & Television production, but the child in me never let go of that dream. To support my inner child, I decided to make this blog to release some of the words that are always swimming in my mind.
